Conscient Infrastructure Private Ltd. (formerly BCC, or Bharat Construction Company), has been a formidable name in Real Estate for almost three decades, be it residential or commercial projects. Our operations span all aspects of real estate development- from the identification and acquisition of land, to the planning, execution and marketing of our projects, through to the maintenance and management of completed developments. Some of the most notable structures that stand testimony to our commitment for excellence are the Siri Fort Auditorium and the Asian Games Village.

Conscient has a glorious history of successfully completed projects, particularly in Gurgaon. We started off as BCC in the year 1993 with our first project in Gurgaon. Spread over 12 acres of land with 640 houses, the Jal Vayu Vihar project was completed in a record time of 18 months. It is considered a landmark development in the city even today.

Simultaneously, variously other projects were successfully delivered. Developments like approximately 400 houses for Army and around 900 houses for the Indian Railways (Rail Vihar) situated in Gurgaon sector 15, 56, 57 are a few example of our much admired delivering capabilities.

Recently, we have ventured into our own projects. In the residential segment, The Harmony Homes, Gurgaon and Maple Crescent, Gurgaon are perfect examples of ‘Quality Living at Affordable Prices’. These projects are well designed with all the modern amenities like Power Back Up, Club, Gymnasium facilities and so on.

In the IT segment, we have delivered a 600 seater Call Centre in Gurgaon. The Latest interiors, state-of-the-art services, central air conditioning and power back-up are just some of the highlights of this project.

In the institutional segment, we have delivered around 1 million sq. ft. of School Buildings in Delhi and Gurgaon.
